Matthew McCann

Matthew McCann is the Founder and CEO of Dash Level, a consulting and implementation firm he built while still a student, assisting in business development, software consulting, and scaling client solutions and strategies.
At Marist University, Matthew founded the Marist Debate Society and Public Speaking Club, helped lead the debate team to its first wins at Yale and NYU, and delivered public speaking workshops to more than 1,000 incoming first-year students. He also founded and served as Treasurer of the newly chartered Marist Men’s Club Basketball team.
Beyond campus, Matthew co-founded the Hudson Valley Little Fish Film Festival, represented Marist at the National Collegiate Sales Competition, and contributed to CURSCA research on the art of debate.
He is beginning his career at Oracle as a Technology Consultant within Cloud and AI while continuing to grow Dash Level.
Sydney McCann

Sydney McCann is the Chief Operating Officer of Dash Level, where she oversees operations and organizational growth while coordinating client projects and supporting the company’s expanding team. She also contributes to Dash Level’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
In addition to her leadership at Dash Level, Sydney works as an Associate for AlphaSights in New York City. Her experience brings a practical perspective to helping clients scale and succeed.
A graduate of Boston University with a background in Psychology and Business, Sydney combines her skills to build efficient systems, strengthen client relationships, and drive long-term growth.
Roy Mathew

Roy Mathew, born in West Orange, NJ, moved to Dutchess County, NY, at a young age, where he has lived ever since and now raises his family. He attended Binghamton University and the State University of New York at New Paltz, graduating with honors.
He spent over 20 years working in finance, the majority of that time at UBS Investment Bank. During his tenure, he held various global management positions, leading teams across Europe, Asia, and North America. He is also an active investor in a range of ventures including real estate, fashion, restaurants, and high-tech soccer training facilities.
Faith, family, and football (soccer) are the guiding pillars of his life. A former collegiate athlete, he has received multiple academic and athletic honors, and has gone on to lead nationally ranked club and high school team.
He is happily married to his best friend and is enjoying every step of the journey raising their three children in the Hudson Valley.
